Hipstamatic 170 Update and HipstaMart

On Friday Hipstamatic released the 170 update and a new Hipstapac with the Bettie XL lens and Ina’s 1935 film. Part of the newest update was HipstaMart, their new printing service. This service is very unique because you place the order directly through the app and the prints are square. I placed two orders on Friday and one of the orders arrived (surprisingly) on Monday afternoon. The eco-friendly mailer it arrived in was very cute, and can be folded into a self supporting frame. A sticker has a picture of the HipstamiMinions, which kind of remind me of the hipper cousins of the Minions from Despicable Me. The prints are 4 x 4 inches and are reminiscent of the old photos my mom had in some older photo albums.

Here is a link to the incredible “How to Video”  and the HipstaMart Print Lab site where you can get more information about the process and the prices.

The incredibly cute and eco-friendly mailer.

Two 4 x 4 prints from my trip to Wildwood from my HipstaMart order.
